Tonight- Currently Muncie is under a Flood Watch and a Severe Thunderstorm Watch. You should avoid leaving out cars or anything fragile over night as well, as there is a chance for hail up to 2" in size. Our low will be 53 F for the evening, with winds from ESE at 8 mph. The Thunderstorm Watch is valid until 3 am, however, rain may continue into the morning.

Tonight: Moving into those overnight hours, we are expecting to see heavy rainfall as well as a few thunderstorms for our area. Winds are going to remain relatively calm, but will pick up on Tuesday. A flood watch is in place for 8 pm tonight until 2 pm April 2nd.

Tonight: Cloud cover will increase tonight as the sun sets with a possibility of increasing showers as the night progresses. Into early tomorrow morning though a chance of thunderstorms are likely to begin this weekend's active weather pattern. Temperatures are going to drop to a warmer 51 degrees tonight while winds still remain strong out of the south at 15 mph.

Tonight: Aside from the visit from a few mid and low-level clouds, tonight should be a decently clear night. This and the dry air we have present work together to lower that nighttime/early-morning temperature to a chilly 34°. Winds relax overnight, but should keep the air mixed enough to keep frost out of the forecast for the most part.
